1Which digital lock is suitable for my house?
Measure the gap space between your door and your gate (from your gate or door to your handle). The minimum gap is between 7cm and above.
2What type of batteries should I use?
We highly recommend using Panasonic Evolta and Duracell alkaline as they have anti-leak seals to prevent battery leakage.
3What type of doors can a digital lock be fitted on?
Solity smart locks can be installed on most main doors and gates  Materials such as wooden, metal, plastic, sliding doors and glass

5Are delivery and installation included?
Yes, our digital lock all included.
6When can I schedule for installation?
After purchase, we will contact you for the installation schedule.
7Do I need to register warranty?
No need. Do keep your invoice safe as we will ask for verification.
8Where can I find the user manual?
The user manual is available at Support > Downloads from our website.
9How long does the installation take?
It usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hour depending on the door type/material.
10My Solity smart door lock battery is completely flat, how can I unlock my door?
There are 2 ways to open your door lock in case of emergency Use a 9 volt battery to power up the door lock and open Alternatively, you can use a mechanical key to unlock the door lock
11In Case of Emergency, locked inside/outside of the house.
Check for signs of battery leakage. You can reset and register your PIN code and RFID card again, please refer to your user manual.
12My digital lock battery low.
You may jumpstart with a 9V battery or a power bank. Alternatively, you may use the overriding mechanical key to unlock the door. If unable to jumpstart, please contact our Solity hotline.
13In the event of a fire, will the digital lock fail and will I be trapped inside?
There will an emergency alarm for your attention if the fire spreads. The digital lock will automatically unlock when it detected abnormally high temperature.
