Eligibility & Important Warranty Information:
To ensure your Solity digital lock warranty remains valid and to get the most out of your product, please note the following crucial points:
-
Original Purchaser: Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and at the original installation location. It is non-transferable.
-
Professional Installation: Your digital lock must be installed by an authorized Solity installer. Issues arising from improper or unauthorized installation will void the warranty.
-
Proper Usage: The digital lock must be used solely for domestic purposes and in strict accordance with the provided user manual.

Important Battery & Maintenance Notes:
Batteries are critical for your digital lock's performance. Please adhere to these guidelines to prevent issues and maintain your warranty:
- Initial Batteries are for Testing Only: The batteries included in your Solity digital lock box are for initial testing purposes. Please replace them with fresh, recommended batteries within two weeks of installation.
- Use Only Alkaline Batteries: We strongly recommend and cover warranty only for digital locks used with alkaline batteries (e.g., Panasonic, Duracell are highly recommended).
- Avoid Heavy Duty & Rechargeable Batteries: The use of heavy-duty or rechargeable batteries will void your warranty and may cause damage to your digital lock.
- Do Not Mix Old and New Batteries: Always replace all batteries at the same time. Mixing old and new batteries can lead to inconsistent power delivery and potential leakage.
- Regular Battery Replacement: To prevent battery leakage and ensure optimal performance, change all batteries every 6 months.
- Avoid Door Slamming: Consistent and forceful door slamming can cause significant damage to your digital lock. Warranty will be voided as a result of damage from door slamming. We highly recommend installing a door closer to protect your investment.
